Hello,
Are you on a laptop ?
Do you have a “Switchable graphics” option when right clicking on your desktop ?
Regards,
Cedric

Hello,
Laptops often use 2 graphic cards: a "default" one (INTEL for instance), and a specialized one (ATI or NVidia).
akeytsu must be launched with the specialized one, else it crashes.
We have a way to detect/switch on the specialized one, but I guess that it does not work in your case.
If I'm right, you need to force akeytsu to use the good graphic card.
That is why I asked you if you could find "Switchable graphics" when you right click on your DESKTOP (not on akeytsu icon).
=> Do you confirm ?

Which graphic cards does your laptop use ?

No easy way to access previous versions.

My laptop has just one graphics card Intel HD 520.

I think you changed something that will not work on 3.1. As i wrote 2.1 is working on my laptop. if i try all versions i can say which versions is not compatible with my laptop.

Hi,
At this point, we optimize our development for NVIDIA or AMD graphic cards, as these are the ones mainly used so far in the 3D creation market. This is why, also, we do recommend these graphic cards as our system requirements, in our doc. Nevertheless, we have few other users on Intel integrated GPU’s as you are , so if you can send us more details (by e-mail: support@nukeygara) on your exact system configuration and on your crashing issues , we might be able to do something about it, with the support of Intel.
Thanks !

Is there a possibility to get a log file or something?

Hello,
You can access a crash.dmp file from C:\Users\[You]\AppData\Roaming\akeytsu\Crashes, but I'm afraid it will be useless (since your problem seems to come from the graphic card).
Concerning the graphic card problems, when you succeed in starting akeytsu, we log (in the bottom left Log bar) shader compilation errors (but you won't be able to read them, since you told that you're facing a crash...).
BTW, can you please send me the eventual .dmp file ?
Thank you,
Cedric

It is not always at the very beginning. Sometime it takes a while, and sometimes it crashes directly after loading. I will send the file via e-Mail
I also tried to update the drivers, but nothing works.
